Access to and/or use of this portal grants the condition of USER, who accepts, from said access and/or use, the General Conditions of Use reflected herein.

3. Use of the Portal

The AXPA Systems platform provides access to information, services, and flight planning tools for unmanned aerial systems (UAS). The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the portal and commits to making proper use of the contents and services offered.

4. Intellectual and Industrial Property

AXPA Systems S.L.U. owns all intellectual and industrial property rights of its web platform, as well as the elements contained therein (texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, software, trade names, trademarks, and distinctive signs).

All rights reserved. The reproduction, distribution, and public communication of all or part of the contents of this website for commercial purposes is expressly prohibited without the authorization of AXPA Systems S.L.U.

Third-party trade marks, trade names and logos that may appear on this site (telecommunications operators, aircraft manufacturers, public bodies and data providers) belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification and descriptive purposes, under article 37 of Spanish Trade Mark Act 17/2001, without implying any connection, sponsorship, authorisation or endorsement.

5. Exclusion of Warranties and Liability

AXPA Systems S.L.U. is not responsible for damages of any nature that may be caused by errors or omissions in the content, the unavailability of the portal, or the transmission of viruses. Aeronautical, meteorological, and viability data shown on the platform are for guidance only and do not replace official aeronautical publications. The USER is solely responsible for verifying information before conducting any flight operation.

In particular, the mobile network coverage, electromagnetic field and radio interference data shown on the platform are ESTIMATES COMPUTED BY AXPA SYSTEMS S.L.U. using propagation models over public radio site data and terrain models. They are NOT information supplied, reviewed or validated by telecommunications operators, they do not reflect their official or contractual coverage and may not be invoked against them.

6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The relationship between AXPA Systems S.L.U. and the USER shall be governed by current Spanish law, and any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts of the city of La Coruña, unless the law establishes another jurisdiction.
