AXPA Systems uses the following categories of cookies and equivalent technologies:

  • Session cookies: Manage your authentication and keep your session active while using the platform (payload-token, next-auth.session-token).
  • Preference cookies: Store your language and visual theme preferences (NEXT_LOCALE, theme).
  • Security cookies: Used for session validation and protection against unauthorized access (axpa_reauth_*).
  • Consent cookie: Records your decision regarding this cookie policy (cookie-consent).
  • Analytics: We use Umami, a privacy-friendly web analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data.
  • Advertising measurement (requires consent): if you authorise this purpose, the Meta pixel is loaded — setting the _fbp and _fbc cookies — together with the AppsFlyer web SDK, which stores its own identifier in your browser. They are used to attribute sign-ups and purchases to the campaign that produced them, and to recognise that an app download originated from an ad seen on the website. Without your consent neither is downloaded.

3. Third-party cookies

Third-party cookies and technologies are only installed with your prior, express consent. If you authorise advertising measurement, the parties involved are Meta Platforms Ireland Limited — in whose processing we act as joint controllers — and AppsFlyer Ltd., acting as data processor on our behalf. The payment gateway (Stripe) may set its own functional cookies during checkout. If you reject advertising measurement, no third-party resource is loaded for measurement purposes.

4. Cookie management

You may accept, reject or change your choice by purpose at any time from the "Privacy preferences" link in the footer, as easily as you granted it. You may also delete or block cookies from your browser settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.
